| Hello, Please, make sure you follow the steps of this article, including the advanced: battle.net/support/article/611 - Details of issue: - City/Country: - Internet Provider: - Traceroute (right after a disconnection or when you're experiencing latency) - Pathping (right after a disconnection or when you're experiencing latency) - Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection or when you're experiencing latency) - I know you already posted this, but it would be interesting to see if there's any change after following the troubleshooting. Don't understand why no replies or updates on twitter @BlizzardCSEU_EN about situation, some confirmation that there is a problem and is being worked on would be nice There are no general latency issues on the servers that we have knowledge of. Also, please keep in mind that the forum was originally created so players could help each other. While there are Blizzard employees on the forums (and we try to help as much as possible), we cannot always answer every thread.
