So I have my account on the American servers. Before the systems maintenance yesterday, everything was working perfectly. Now, I cannot connect to the American servers. I get the "request timed out 3006" error when I try. When I am able to get on, I see a bunch of text saying "this is where game data should be" in place of things like seasonal journey quests and whatnot. I am living in Germany for the time being and never had any issues previously, but now after maintenance I am. I tried going onto the European server and it ran flawlessly. What do I do, or is there a fix for this out there?

If the issue persists, please provide us with the following information:

- Details of issue:
- Date/time it started:
- City/Country:
- Internet Provider:
- Traceroute (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- Pathping (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
- Looking Glass report (right after a disconnection or whenever you're experiencing the issue)
