| Hi there, i just started to download Diablo 3 from a request from a friend of mine and when i try and download it, it says i have no bites going into the download so its not downloading at all what can i do to fix this many thanks in advance | ||

| Hello Myyrokos, - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. Delete the Battle.net Cache folder: battle.net/support/article/6141 Delete the Battle.net Tools folder: battle.net/support/article/6504 Disable or temporarily uninstall your security software to make sure it's not interfering. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
