| when loading the game, it just pops up with the create hero screen?! when I select Back, which is the only option, then I am in the login screen again?! | ||

| PengArtist, Looks like you connected to and created a US account today where you wouldn't have any characters yet. Make sure you have Europe selected above the Play button.
