Hey. I've been having issues with D3 the last few days. The game will spike to 1500ms latency randomly. The game is unplayable because of this. It's not happening 24/7, for example I played perfectly fine last night but during the day I had issues. It's the same again. Can't play the game, it's just frustrating to watch. My connection is perfectly fine, I've ran speed tests, in fact just now I got my highest ever speed test result ever (15.3mbps), I can watch Netflix in HD, download at max speed, play other games perfectly fine without a single glitch (tried Warframe, GTAV, SW Battlefront and some others). It's only D3 that is not playing nice. Am I the only one? |

Without the information requested we cannot investigate, eclap78. Whether the issue it's in your end or in ours, we do need the information to see what's happening and escalating if needed. On the other hand, keep in mind that every game/application handle the connection in a different way. Having only issues with one of the games you play doesn't necessarily have to mean that there's an issue with the game itself. There could be many causes, and that's why we ask for information and give troubleshooting steps. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Could you please post a traditional pathping and traceroute as well? Sometimes it has additional information that it's important for us. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |

Hello all, Sorry for the delay on answering this post. If you have similar issues, please post the information I've asked for above. As I explained, even if the issue is in our network, we need the information to be able to investigate/escalate to the technical team. @eclap78 You haven't posted a tracer/pathping to our servers, so it doesn't show any information. If you play in Europe, the tracer and pathping should be done to the IP 213.155.155.233. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? I would recommend contacting your ISP so they can look into it, since the packet loss seems to be outside of Blizzard's network. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
