@matt 2 0ms 1/ 100 = 1% 1/ 100 = 1% 10.4.254.33 0/ 100 = 0% | 4 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% 128.243.15.65 0/ 100 = 0% | The pathping shows packet loss on those two hpps, which could be the cause of any connection issue, really. I would recommend contacting your internet provider so they can check what's going on on those nodes and make sure everything works fine. Passing them the traceroute and pathping is usually helpful for them to evaluate the situation. @Jotto 1 16 ms 2 ms * 137.50.180.254 1 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% 137.50.180.254 0/ 100 = 0% | 2 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% fhgw-mbgw-wireless.abdn.ac.uk [137.50.0.22] 0/ 100 = 0% | Both the traceroute and pathping are showing packet loss on the first hop, and from there on there's packet lost on most hops over all the pathping. - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. If you keep seeing this kind of values on the pathping after doing this, I would definitely recommend contacting your internet provider, as I told matt, so they can check why these nodes have packet loss. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? side note: all other Blizzard games work fine and they have the same IP address for the pathping? Not every game handles connection on the same way. A packet loss that doesn't cause any issue in World of Warcraft, could cause a disconnection on Diablo III or Heroes of the Storm, for example. It all depends. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |
