Hi, Since the new patch i've been playing daily and i had no problems until this morning. Every 30 second or so i get between 900 ping and 500 .It's wierd because i have no problem playing other online games or browsing the internet and suprisingly, during the lag, the game is still running normaly in the ''background'' of the lag. When i've entered an co op game, i haven't got any lag in comparison with the solo games, but then again, around the third lag spike, it disconnected me and put me in character select. Please do something Blizzard because i'm pretty sure is from your end because i have been browsing the threads and i've been doing everything you have told other viewers to do and still i see no improvement whatsoever, at least it hasn't got any worse.Sorry if in the end this problem was from my end and not yours despite me accusing you for that. Sorry if i have grammar mistakes, english is not my first language, i hope the message i've typed is understandable :D. Also, i 've read that this may help you traceroute to 89.137.245.82 (89.137.245.82), 15 hops max, 60 byte packets 1 Blizzard (Blizzard) 0.454 ms 0.696 ms 0.780 ms 2 ffm-b5-link.telia.net (213.248.90.69) 0.253 ms 0.291 ms 0.292 ms 3 ffm-bb1-link.telia.net (62.115.137.134) 71.786 ms 71.802 ms 71.805 ms 4 ffm-b1-link.telia.net (62.115.116.164) 0.520 ms ffm-b1-link.telia.net (62.115.116.160) 0.470 ms 0.507 ms 5 upc-ic-307855-ffm-b1.c.telia.net (62.115.48.102) 0.737 ms 0.694 ms 0.723 ms 6 de-fra01b-rc1-ae5-0.aorta.net (84.116.133.114) 36.197 ms 36.170 ms 36.143 ms 7 ro-buh01a-rd3-ae21-0.aorta.net (84.116.133.198) 30.702 ms 30.748 ms 30.735 ms 8 ro-cj01a-rc1-v1604.upcnet.ro (84.116.225.101) 30.670 ms 30.695 ms 30.697 ms 9 ro-tm01a-rd3-xe-2-1-0-v1696.upcnet.ro (84.116.216.213) 36.919 ms 36.935 ms 36.935 ms 10 95.77.39.75 (95.77.39.75) 36.684 ms 36.815 ms 36.470 ms 11 * * * 12 * * * 13 * * * 14 * * * 15 * * * PING 89.137.245.82 (89.137.245.82) 56(84) bytes of data. --- 89.137.245.82 ping statistics --- 4 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 4999ms HOST: Blizzard Loss% Snt Last Avg Best Wrst StDev 1. Hello RaMiSt, Please, take a look at this article (check the advanced steps as well) and make sure you follow the steps you haven't tried yet: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread. I know you pasted a Looking Glass, but sometimes the traditional traceroute and pathping let us see some important information. You have instructions here: - Tracer: battle.net/support/article/7648 - Pathping: battle.net/support/article/718 ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |

6 --- 100/ 100 =100% 100/ 100 =100% 213.46.184.6 0/ 100 = 0% | There's a huge packet loss there, and that could be causing the connection issues. I would recommend contacting your internet provider, and passing the pathping on to them so they can review it and check what's happening. @vaevictis and Mekc, If you're having the same issue please follow the steps on my previous message: Please, take a look at this article (check the advanced steps as well) and make sure you follow the steps you haven't tried yet: battle.net/support/article/611 If the issue persists, please create a tracer and a pathping just after a disconnection and paste the results on this thread.
