| I'm sorry for opening a new topic, but I'm hell-bent on getting to the bottom of this. I have been unable to play properly for more than 4 days, lost my place on the leaderboards, and have been unable to get back. Every single time I enter a rift, it takes about 2 minutes for the ping to skyrocket, and the client to disconnect in 30 seconds. I have provided pathping, tracert, and looking glass data multiple times, and I was told that there appears to be an external infrastructure issue affecting certain players. Yet, almost 2 days later, there are no new updates on the problem, and - ashamed of it as I am - I am starting to get extremely impatient and annoyed. My online functionality is flawless, and the disconnects only affect D3. Is there any update on the problem, or any advice of what I could do? | ||

| Hello HELLDIRGE, As Natryndon mentioned on his last response on the thread, we will give you any news we get, but for now we'll have to wait until the issue gets solved.
