| I want to log in but somehow is can not load my hero's list. It keeps failing ta that point. Do more people have that ? I can log in if i changed my region from europe to US. But when i go back to europe it can not get the hero's list again. I deleted the cash but also that does not help. What can i do ? | ||

| If you have the same issue, please follow the instructions on my previous response. Up to now we have no knowledge of an issue on the servers that cause latency or disconnecions, and in order to escalate for investigation we really need players to follow the troubleshooting (so we discard the most common causes of that kind of issue), and provide us with the information.
