I keep getting error code 3003 when trying to log in through the Battle.net client. If I click on "offline" and start Diablo and log in there it usually take 3-4 attempts before I get in. I'm using a cable so it's not my WIFI. I have run a virus scan and Malware bytes, whom didn't find anything. In "Component Services" I have set "Secondary Log-on" to automatic as someone suggested. I have deleted the folder "C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net" I'm running Windows 10 x64. What to do? |

Hello Skeletor, You have a very high amount of packet loss since the first hop on the pathping. - Reset all your network devices (switch them off for couple of minutes and then switch them back on) - Refresh your DNS by pushing Windows key R at the same time and writing ipconfig /flushdns on the Run window. Make sure no security program in your computer is blocking your connection. If the problem persists I would recommend contacting your internet provider and passing on the pathping to them. That way they can check what's wrong and help you solve it. ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing? Leave your comments here! |
