| Hello. The game refuses to start for me. I press "Play Game" and afterwards it says "Playing Now: Game is running." Nothing else happens and I am clueless on what to do. Things I've tried: Reinstalling. Updating graphic drivers. Running as administrator. Disabling antivirus. Rebooting the PC. Closing background applications. Deleting D3Prefs.txt So far, none of these have worked obviously since otherwise I wouldn't be making this thread. | If you have this issue, first make sure you add an exception for Diablo III in your antivirus. I've seen cases where certain security programs were blocking Diablo III for starting, and this solved it. Delete the Battle.net Cache folder: battle.net/support/article/6141 Delete the Battle.net Tools folder: battle.net/support/article/6504 Repair the game: battle.net/support/article/6572 ______________________________________________________ Got feedback about the support I'm providing?
