I would like to request from the costumer service, to do a check with the middle east connection of the server. It seems as most of the players from this area, are unable to play for the past ,almost a week, the connections to the other services from this area seems to be absolute with no connection/latency issues (atleast on my end, and most of the people from this area that has submitted a thread with a technical issue ) . I want at least a conformation that the issues are indeed from the provider side of things, which i mean, on my end, and not on blizzards end, we need transparency blizzard |

If you're affected by the infrastructure issue, I'm afraid we cannot give more information that what Natryndon is giving here. It's already being checked and monitored. However, your issue seemed a bit different.
