| I press play, wait a while, then I'm at the login scroll and then I get a popup telling me that the 2.4 patch is live and the game will automatically exit and download it. The game exits and then nothing happens. The version number right next to the play button in the battle.net launcher says 2.4. I've tried exiting the launcher and relaunching but it didn't fix. Next I will reset my computer, will edit with the result. EDIT: I restarted my computer, is fixed now. | ||

| Hello all, Let's list here the steps that have helped some of the people with this issue: First of all, restart your computer. Delete the Battle.net Cache folder: battle.net/support/article/6141 Delete the Battle.net Tools folder: battle.net/support/article/6504 Repair the game: battle.net/support/article/6572 Make sure both your OS and drivers are fully up to date: battle.net/support/article/200576 Try disabling or temporarily uninstalling your security software, since sometimes they can interfere with games.
