| Hi. I purchased Diablo III Reaper of Souls. Installed and updated, Battle.net didn't ask for any authentication keys, game runs and plays, but it is in "Started Edition". As per the instruciton booklet, I logged into Battle.net account, click on "Add a Game Key" but it won't accept the authentication key on the inside of the dvd case. I proceeded to play in started edition, and when finished the Skeleton King, the game prompted again that the upgrade needs to be done. I cannot get this to work, and keep getting the following message. An error has occurred. Your Battle.net account does not have any games that can be upgraded with this game key. Either you have no games that can be upgraded with this key, or you have already upgraded them. | ||

| Hello vane, I can see you managed to upgrade your account. Happy to see that! If you were receiving that message, probably it was because you were trying to add the Reaper of Souls key without upgrading your account with a basic Diablo III key first. Reaper of Souls is an expansion, so it needs the basic game as well. It's also worth double-checking the key in these cases.
