I have gone on to ptr twice in the last couple days.. started a new char, started a game left the game, and then I went to character copy and when trying to relog on it says the game license is invalid code 395000

| The PTR is up and you shouldn't be having any problems with the character copy process as far as I know. | Darth, I tried the PTR a little while ago. It appeared not to be working as the Desktop App just went back to the Play button. I went on to other tasks and about 2-3 minutes later, the game started up and I was able to enter. It may be that the PTR is only marked as up for internal use, I can't say for sure, but it was in fact working. Our QA guys work on the PTR on their own schedule. Sometimes they make a post warning they're about to do something and other times, that's not an option for them. | Darth, There really isn't any sort of "live" support for the PTR. It's not hosted on our main system and our tools have no way to look at data there so we can't see anything other than you have or do not have a PTR account. For me, right now, it's up. It's running 2.2.1.31666. I logged in, got into a game, logged out, did a character copy, logged in with a character again, logged out, tried another character copy and got the error 395017 as expected. "Account transfer is not allowed at this time". There's a 3 day wait period between doing character copies so this is normal for what I tried to do. This isn't your error though. I went ahead and issued your Battle.net account a reset on this end. | What I had posted there was old information as user Darth had corrected me.
