| I have the PC version of Diablo III and was playing it a couple of weeks ago. I just logged in and all of my saves have been deleted. It wants me to start again when I log in, asking me to choose a class. How can I get my characters back? It is very frustrating. | ||

| Hello Sophie, Diablo III doesn't have Save files, your progress is saved on the servers. If you don't have your characters and progress, most likely you are connecting to the wrong region, or using the wrong Battle.net account. Please make sure you login using your usual account and the region where you usually play.
