Aelle, Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Aelle, Here's how to check if you're using IPv6: 1. Go to your Windows Start Menu and select Control Panel 2. Open the Network and Sharing center. 3. Select "change adapter settings" from the left side of the screen. 4. Right click on your Local Area Connection and select "properties". 5. Scroll down to Internet Protocol Version 6 and uncheck that option. 6. Click on the OK button. 7. Restart the system and try to launch D3 again. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
