| JRaider, Your DXDIAG is not showing a video card installed. That's most likely happening because of a missing video driver. | JRaider, GA-78LMT-S2P Motherboard comes with an integrated ATI Radeon HD 3000 graphics card. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3833#ov From the looks of his DXdiag, he's probably using that one. AMD doesn't offer Windows 8.1 drivers for the Radeon HD 3000 series, so if that is the video card/chipset that the OP is using, he might be running into some kind of compatibility issue.
