I noticed this a few days ago, I would randomly crash to desktop and everything is frozen. I can bring up task manager and Diablo 3 is not responding. I close it and then shortly after that I get BSOD as I watch the Blizz Loader or Diablo 3 suck up gigs of memory. I have seen people reporting this; I tried updating all drivers, they were all up to date. I ran the repair tool, its all good. I reoptimized my graphics with ATI tool, lowered them to minimum and no matter what I still crash every 15 min or so. Thanks in advance. |

Nords21, Let's try running a selective startup to see if that helps. Please be aware that running while in this mode can potentially disable any security programs you may have running. Here's a support article with steps on how run the selective startup: Closing Background Applications ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Wreckage, The BSOD issues I've been seeing are mainly with AMD. If your issue started after updating your Nvidia driver, I'd suggest reverting the driver back to the previous version, especially since I've seen reports of the newest driver causing some random issues. That new driver is mainly for GTA 5 players, so if you're not playing that, you don't really need it. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
