| JacobsHell, The cursor issue might be resolved by following the steps in this support article. A true connection loss would typically result in being disconnected from the game accompanied by an error 3007 notification. Momentary drops are pretty hard to diagnose. Unless they're persistent, the normal tools for looking at connections like trace route, pathping, and WinMTR, don't often show us much. They do however let us see whether any patterns are present such as a lot of users all in the same geographical area or using the same ISP are having issues. In those cases, we can sometimes have our ISP contact them if they have direct connections with them, but the ultimate resolutions usually have to come from the remote party. There's a chance you've misinterpreted what your 2-3 second spikes are actually related to though. We're still looking into many reports since the latest patch release of a symptom of 2-3 seconds of pausing or skipping happening every 10 seconds or so. This is not something to do with the connection. Our QA department is having a hard time getting it to occur internally but our developers are going to try implementing what they believe may fix it in an upcoming patch. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Thursday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Friday 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time ,Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||

| JacobsHell, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. ______________________________________________________________ I'm available in the forums Tuesday - Thursday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm Pacific Time, Friday 11 am - 8 pm Pacific Time ,Saturday 10 am - 7 pm Pacific Time Feedback? - https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Omrakos | ||
