I have seen a lot of posts but none of the solutions offered fix my issue. I have tried fixing the compatibility, updating my computer and Battle.net and changing the Nvidia settings. NOTHING WORKS. I still get the pop up, and I can not play. I'm using an ALIENWARE laptop and the game was working fine this morning then I had an update and it stopped and that damn popup comes up. Artemus, Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |

Artemus, Laptops sometimes work best with the drivers distributed by the system manufacture. Let's try installing the Intel and Nvidia drivers available from Dell/Alienware. The links below were grabbed directly from the manufacture's site, just click the link and a download should begin: Intel Driver Nvidia Driver A restart may be required after installing each driver. Once those are installed, test out the game again and let me know what happens. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
