| Since patch 2.2, the client constantly freezes up, especially during rifts or upon exiting a rift. It happens 5-7 times an hour, which honestly isn't all that bad except you lose your progress every time you get disconnected. In addition to the game freezing up, I get massive FPS drops randomly, usually resulting in death. Prior to 2.2 I did not have any of these issues. | ||

| Sen, we've seen similar reports from other players. I don't really have any steps that you can try to resolve the issue, but I can tell you that we're aware of the issue and investigating what might be causing it. | Dovahskrill, Yes, we're aware of the date the thread was started. The ticket in regards to this issue was actually opened soon after the issue was reported.
