| So I've noticed a lot of people complaining about the performance with Diablo3 with the release of 2.2. It has come to my attention as well since it only seems to want to run at 24fps regardless of what my graphical settings are set to, vsync, AA, what have you. None of these things mattered in the long run. Something is going on with the client itself that has changed since 2.2 was released. The only thing that has actually fixed the issue was changing my game from being windowed(fullscreen) to Fullscreen. Reguardless of if it is in windowed or borderless it will run at 24fps. When the game is fullscreen it runs very smoothly at my monitor's refresh rate of 60fps. Now before a blue comes in here and posts "post your dxdiag" lets just realize thats not going to help you at all. Other than showing you what I have running, and whats inside my computer. I assure you the issue isn't my computer it is in fact your game. So anyone that is having issues with performance since patch 2.2 was released, and you are playing the game in windowed or windowed(fullscreen) aka borderless then put the game in Fullscreen and then see how the game runs. | ||

| Xhaos, If you're seeing this happen on any game, it's likely driver or option-related depending on the card and manufacturer. If you're using Nvidia's GeForce Experience or AMD's Evolved apps, I'd try disabling or uninstalling them as they can be settings things for you automatically when you really don't want them to.
