Not to beat a dead horse, but I've read through many topics of the SC digital deluxe edition for hots and still havent found a solution. Many of the topics were out of date or others just flat out didnt work.

I had purchased the base game sc2, and the expansion as a digital deluxe edition and added the key to my account.

That was over 3 weeks ago, and I have still yet to receive the wings on my North American account.

When I got on the PTR last week I had the wings and was able to use them, so after that I went to check on my regular account thinking it would have them too, but alas they did not.

What can be done about this?

Have you created a new character on the account and checked the in-game messages for the wings on it?

BaR,

There should be a message box indicator in the lower left side of the in-game screen. It ought to have a message for items earned like the wings which you just click to accept to get them sent to your inventory.

There won't be a message for a character existing before the digital deluxe version of StarCraft II was added though which is why I asked if you'd made a character since.

From what I can see, based on character creation dates, only Sangoma (seasonal Witch Doctor) and Thorina (seasonal Crusader) would have them. All of your other characters were created before SCII was added 2/24/2015.

BaR,

Ok, I've issued a reset to your account in hopes it may have an effect, but you'll likely need to be able to create a new character now to see if it works.

The other issue I see is you apparently added the EU version of the Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Storm digital edition games. We may need to change that but currently our tool that allows a GM to do that isn't operating correctly. They're waiting for that get fixed internally.

Let me know if the reset helps by checking a new character first and if it doesn't, I'll get your name into a queue to be processed as soon as they're able to make a change.
