Let me just start off by saying I have googled this and come up with no solutions. Here is what I have done to no avail:

1) updated all drivers
2) Deleted the Battle net folder in Diablo and allowed it to reinstall
3) Completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game
4) I do not run with Windows Firewall OR any anti-virus during this time
5) Flushed my DNS
6) Completely uninstalled and reinstalled Battle.net
7) Tried to add -w -launch to the end of Diablo3.exe and attempted to launch without Bnet
8) Scan and Repair does not come up with any errors
9) Dxdiag update and scan, no issues
10) Gone to Services and set Secondary logon to Automatic
11) Run D3 specifically as Administrator

I'm at a complete loss as to how to resolve this issue. When I launch D3, it will get as far as the Reaper of Souls icon and then simply "not responding".

1. Please post the contents of your D3Prefs.txt file located in the Documents/Diablo III folder.

2. Please post your DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer.

Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply.

It's usually located in your "Documents" folder. There has to be one somewhere in the system, so if you don't find it, go to the start menu and type D3Prefs in the search field to see if it finds it.

Let's see if running the game in Windowed mode makes a difference.

Bring up the Battle.net App > click on the Options cog wheel > select Game Settings > tick the "Additional command line arguments" box > add "-windowed" and click on the "done" button.

Once that is all done, click on the "play" button and let me know what happens.

Do you have a D3Debug.txt file in your Diablo III folder? If so, please open it and copy/paste the contents into your next reply.

I'm not sure if this might be causing an issue, but your network card appears to be running on drivers from 2009.

Let's get that driver up to date.

Let's also get some more information about your system's hardware.

1. Download and install the newest version of CPU-Z.
2. Once installed, run CPU-Z
3. Click on the "About" tab
4. Click on "Save report (.TXT)" and save the report to the desktop.
5. Open the report, and cut/paste it into this thread.

Let's try uninstalling and reinstalling the video driver to see if that helps.

Here's a link for the driver download: Nvidia Driver

When you are going to install the driver I would like for you to select "Custom Install" > Uncheck everything except for the graphics driver > Check the "Perform a clean install" box > Continue with the install.

Let's try running a selective startup to see if that helps. Please be aware that running while in this mode can potentially disable any security programs you may have running.
