I've been getting the Code 3007 error with the "Your connection has timed out message". This problem has been persistent for months now and everything I've tried on the battle.net tech support page hasn't worked. This problem will happen at exactly the same time once per hour, although not the same time every day. I have opened several tickets with Blizzard technical support and they have suggested that it is a program/application/virus that I have on my computer that is interfering with my connection.

Are there any people on here who are good enough with computers that would be able to help me identify the problem and fix it? I have ran virus scans with Malwarebytes and AVG and nothing has showed up, I have configured my anti-virus software so I know that isn't interfering with my connection.

All help would be appreciated.

FirstAvenger,

Check with your ISP and see if your connection is set up to renew its IP address hourly. If it is, it would explain the issue occurring once each hour like that.
