Hello, I'm not very tech savvy.. but i'm trying to fix this problem thats been bugging me for a while. I just recently restored my laptop to factory default to see if it would fix my problem but i'm still having the same problem. "Your video driver may need to be updated. Diablo III may not run very well unless you do. For reference, you have: Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 Operating System: Windows 8" I have a Lenovo Y510P laptop. It has 2 graphics cards, the integrated Intel 4600 and a Nvidia Geforce GT750M. For some reason any game I load up is trying to use the !@#$ty Intel Graphics card.. I've tried going into both the NVIDIA GeForce Experience and the NVIDIA Control Panel to fix the settings.. I went to "Manage 3D Settings" and set the Preferred Graphics Processor to the High-Perfomance NVIDIA Processor.. but still no luck. Trying to play with the Intel Graphics card I get a whopping 11fps! When I first got this laptop about a year ago I didn't have this issue.. ran on high-medium with 90-100 frames easy.. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks |

ALiEN, Please post the following: 1. The contents of the D3Debug file located in your Diablo III folder. 2. The DXDIAG file so we can get more information about your computer. Here's a support article that will show you how to get the DXDIAG: Obtaining System Files Once you have the DXDIAG file, open it and copy/paste the entire file into your next reply. ______________________________________________________ I'm available Sunday through Thursday from 11AM to 8PM Pacific Time Support Contact Information Got some feedback? |
