every set change to date has been retroactive. The changes coming to existing sets in 2.2.0 will be retroactive, as they have been in the past. We have a general philosophy to avoid retroactive changes, because we acknowledge it can feel a little weird to log in and have your gear behave differently than you expect. However, sets are an exception to this rule because of how much time is usually invested in gathering a full set. We'd rather you not have to refarm the entire set over again and instead have the opportunity to try all the new changes the moment you log in. | ||
