Speaking from personal experience (as a Morlu), I know he likes to get the last word in a debate. >_> That said, this sounds like a bug, so I'm moving this thread over to the Bug Report forum. In the meantime, if you can give us additional info (like how far along his attack animation was, whether the ice explosions actually appeared in town or went off right as you teleported, etc.), that would help our QA team diagnose the problem.
