| All day today I have been getting unplayable lag spikes. Using abilities sometimes take upwards of 2 seconds to fire after clicking. There is no way I'm playing hardcore tonight. So I'm just adding my tracert to the pile. Windows 8, hardwired to the router. No packet loss pinging other websites, no slowness on Netflix, Spotify, browsing, etc. I've run three tracerts over the last few hours and they all look like this: timing out from 10 to 30. Tracing route to 12.129.209.68 over a maximum of 30 hops

| We're currently working with our peering partners to investigate the cause of the connection problems with Google Fiber users in Kansas City trying to access our servers. Unfortunately I don't have any workarounds or fixes to offer at this time but I can say the problem is not anything you'd be able to fix at your end right now. When I receive an update, I'll post in this thread. | As of this morning, the only update I can provide is that our network engineers are still in talks with our peering partners regarding a resolution.
