When you hit the trial wall, were 90% of the time is spent trying to get keys and 10% actually pushing. I totally love sitting in clan-chat or trial communities begging for palm-monks to come help me get keys so I can play the game. Hate trials so much, every time you want to play something with your friends you have to do this tedious bull!@#$. Trials killed Diablo. |

Actually no. Several times blues have stated that whine is not bad, but neither good. They prefer some explanation or in-depth answer, instead of the typical "i hate X" post. Better "I hate X because Y ;)" Caleb has the right of it here. Knowing what things are causing issues for players is half of helpful feedback. The other half is knowing why it's an issue. If we have both of these things, it can help us diagnose problems more quickly (and hopefully more accurately), and develop a suitable solution. For instance, here are a few comments from a recent thread on the Realm of Trials that are especially good feedback. These examples include both a problem players are having (what) and a reason they feel it's a problem (why). After failing to attain the proper GR keys with multiple trial attempts, build tweaking etc, I don't even want to continue GR at the moment it just just stops GR momentum, I already beat pre 41, just the fact I have to beat them over an over again to even have the keys I need is highly discouraging. However, with the trials I keep qualifying for greater rifts I can't actually beat within the time limit. This is preventing me from successfully increasing my gems's levels. Its not that I can't clear the greater rifts, its that I can't clear them fast enough. It makes no sense that I clear as many rounds as I can in the trial before time runs out on me and that same rift takes me around 7-8 minutes to complete. On the flip side, we also love hearing what players enjoy, be it in Diablo III or another game, and why that content is enjoyable. I hope the above makes sense. Just for reference, Travis mentioned in our Tavern Talk livestream (and has said before) that they agree the Realm of Trials has issues, and that they're looking at alternatives to the system. |
