| I share an internet connection with another member of my house that also frequently plays video games. Despite all other Blizzard games working flawlessly, whenever he boots up Diablo 3 to play with me or someone else (If i am doing my own thing) he gets massive ping lag, to the point of it crashing his game. I am the one that is hard connected to the modem, he is using wireless. Has anyone else experienced this problem? any help would be great thanks! | ||

| There's a few things you can adjust on the router, and see if it helps. I'd check for the latest firmware first. If it's already up to date, I'd change wireless modes. | Those look good. Can you check the manual? Page 26 shows how to get to the wireless configuration. | Try different channels, or each and every channel from 1 to 11. You might already be on the least used channel in your area, but we'll see.
