| I have been receiving message - This clan is unavailable at this time - for about 2 weeks now when open the communities window and hover over clan. I am unable to do anything with the clan. I have tried to leave clan to see if it was just issue with my account and get error - The clan is not available at this time. Please try again later. (Code 319045). Anyone else having issues with clans or just me? | ||

| Hellzfury, 1. Does this only happen to you, or are other clan members getting this too? 2. Can you try your account on another computer, preferably on an entirely different network? 3. | Hellzfury, I just tested in on another pc in my house - which I did a fresh updated / patch on and it does the same thing with the clan which leads me to believe that it is not anything on my end. 1. Do those computers use the same security software? If so, what software is it? 2. Does your home network use a modem and router, or is it a modem that is also a router? you have my permission to log into the account and see if the issue happens on your end like you did for starbird in the other thread Starbird replied in the other thread, and the issue still persists on his end even though I didn't get it on my end. I want to try your account from my end. Like I mentioned before, in order to do so, I'd need to change your password. Also, I noticed that you have an authenticator attached to your account. I would need to remove that as well. Let me know if you are still OK with that. | Hellzfury, Testing is taking a little bit longer. This is what I found so far: -When I logged in, there were no clans listed in your "Communities" section. -Since no clans were listed, I joined two random clans without any issues and I was able to chat back and forth as well. -My end is showing an odd issue when looking up clans. | Hellzfury, Good news! I was able to reproduce your issue from my end, so in your case the error appears to have been account related. I worked a little magic and the issue should be resolved now. Before you try your account, you will need to change your password, so check your email for password change email I sent you. Also, don't forget to reattach your authenticator.
