| hi i had this working but now again its givin me unsupported mode with blue screen i am in the americas realm i tried to look up my old post so i could fix it again but cannot find it plz help me cause i am reallt getting mad now... | ||

| embersky, I believe what you're describing is the game is outputting a signal not compatible with your display monitor. This is typically a refresh rate set too high or perhaps the resolution itself is beyond the display capability. Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? It's located in the My Documents\Diablo III folder. A quick fix is often to run the game in windowed mode.
