Traceroute and Looking Glass below. 25-30Mbps down, 4-5Mbps up and no lag/latency trouble with any other online game that I play on any platform. Latency in Diablo 3 is often heavy to the point of it being unplayable. Often times I can move my character and everything else is moving in place for anywhere from 5-20 seconds before the game "wakes up" and rubber bands back into form. Spikes can be anywhere from 300ms to 2500ms and just comes and goes as it pleases. It usually lessens when others in the party are farther away from me, but not always. It does lag when I'm playing solo, though I can't recall if it lags quite as bad as when I 4-man.

I'll also note it doesn't happen every time I'm in a 4-man and when it does it's not always extreme. But at some point every night it does get extreme. Please help. It's horrible.

It looks like there's a lot of packet loss on the return path, DreamVisions.

I'd see if this shows up on a pathping and WinMTR as well, but ultimately you may want to show these traces to your ISP.

Ok, the pathping looks good, so the connection going for you to us looks good, but the return path, as shown in the Looking glass traces, shows some issues.

This type of latency during peak periods of network traffic at night isn't unusual, but hopefully that connection route will improve over time, as the Internet companies involved will make adjustments.
