| Hi, I bought Diablo III and then Diablo III: ROS and now I cannot access ROS features. Since I get disconnect from server when entering to defeat Diablo's shadow, I cannot go to act V, adventure modes etc. Now I am stuck with nonfunctioning game. Level 70 (72+). Can Blizzard tweak account, so I can at least access act V? Thank you. | ||

| Hello parasurama78, Your account seems to be correctly upgraded to RoS, so I assume this could be a connection/performance issue and not a problem with your license. When you get disconnected, do you get any error message? Does it only disconnect you or does the game crash? Does it happen if you start adventure in any Act?
