Trying to log back in to play Reaper Of Souls and it says hero can not be used without Reaper of Souls license.
I was playing it the other day and I have the Reaper of Souls that I purchased from a store. Has the latest Patch killed my game??

CAMDIJO,

1. Try changing your battle.net password.

2. Let's try deleting the Battle.net Cache file to see if that helps.

Check out this support article for steps on how to do that:

Deleting the Battle.net Cache Folder (PC)

Once that is done, test out the game and let me know what happens.

Good news! I was able to reproduce the issue from my end, so in your case, the error 1 appears to have been an account related issue. I reset a few things on my end, and it seems to be working again.

A couple of things to know before you try logging in again:

1. In order to test the account from my end, I needed to remove the authenticator. I have sent you an email with the authenticator's serial number so that you can reattach it.

2. As I mentioned before, I also needed to change the password. Since I'm done testing from my end, I sent you a forced password change. You should receive an email with instructions on changing the password.

Let me know what happens once you've had a chance to test the account again.

To resolve the issue, I reset your accounts cache from my end, so I'm thinking that this was being caused by some corrupted cached data.

All I really had to do was reset your account cache from my end. Normally, you changing your password would reset the same cached data, but for some reason that wasn't working this time around.

As far as what the issue was, I don't have any specific info to share, but I'm thinking it was just some corrupted cached data. Clearing that bad data out allowed for new data to be cached.
