| After building a new PC system, which I began using at the moment patch 2.3.0 came live. I have very regular screen freezes. When the screen freezes I can hear certain sounds, but not the fighting sounds. Chat still works, and when I press T, I will be in town after the game comes back to life. Regulraly the game comes back to life after approx. 1-2 minutes. The longest I had to wait was about 7 minutes. Sometimes it only takes 30 seconds. I have already tried the scan and repair option; didn't help! This support article should help you. I would also suggest you to make sure your GPU and your CPU are not overheating. Should the issue persist, please make sure your PSU (Power Supply Unit) is powerful enough to support your system.
