| I have been playing this game since late 2012, but relatively recently I began having a problem- a black screen upon the startup of the game. Immediately after hitting the "PLAY" button, I get to a black screen and can hear the background music playing. This happens almost every time I try to play, but sometimes the game works if I shut the computer down and bring it back up before starting the game. It does NOT appear to work when I simply restart the game. As near as I can tell this problem is NOT connected with the introduction of a new patch or any other change in the game that might have prompted the problem. I don't experience it with any other games, including any other Blizzard games. Curiously, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and it worked perfectly twice, then back to normal. I am unsure how to fix the problem. My computer doesn't appear to be overheated, and the game performs very well when it does work. Very confusing. | ||
