Hello,

Well, as the Brazilian forum this abandoned by Latin team, talk to you in the US forum is my only way.
Today after maintenance, my Diablo3 is not recognizing that I have already installed the expansion "Reaper Of Souls", already downloaded and intalei the launcher battler.net but does not work.
When I open the launcher, it reports (Upgrade Available) and takes me to the store to buy the expansion, but I already have the expansion installed, so that if you check on my profile, I have a level 70 crusader (available only with expansion).
And if I still get in the game and create a room in the campaign mode (single available) the system informs me the following error message: "You or a member of the group does not have access to this content (Code 316610).".

Could both of you try the game again please? I've reset your accounts on this end which seems to take care of this.
