| When I try to start the game, the play page comes up on my computer screen but when I hit play, nothing happens. I see the message that the game is running, but the screen stays blank when I check it in the task bar at the bottom. | ||

| GESWHO, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file? | CircleStone, There's a few things you can try. Without the info I asked the OP above for, I can't say for sure but try turning on Vertical Sync if you have it currently disabled. As you can't get into the game to do this, you'll have to edit your D3Prefs.txt file instead.
