So this is GENERAL discussion, where allegedly any general game topic can be discussed. Unless, of course, it's general discussion about how everybody in general is generally having crashes and disconnects of various general natures. Then, of course, it all generally has to be re-directed off the general board to the technical issue/service board where it will be promptly and in a very general manner ignored. Can't let a general would-be customer drop by general chat to see that generally things are in a right bloody awful mess. Generally speaking, of course. |

Hey guys, wanted to jump in to offer some clarification here. If you have a specific technical issue, the best place to post is the Tech Support subforum (or Mac Tech Support subforum if you’re playing on a Mac). Our Customer Service team monitors that forum regularly, and our QA team does the same for the Bug Report forums. They may not always respond, but they do read what's posted. To offer some additional clarification about what goes where (since it's not always obvious what's a "tech issue" versus a "bug"), here’s a quick and dirty guide: Technical Support and Mac Technical Support
