| Hello Support, So last night I went to play diablo 3. When i click play from my launcher it says "Launching" then returns to "Play" without even trying to load diablo 3. I have tried deleting the Updater Agent and having the launcher redownload it to no avail. I also completely deleted my d3 install and redownloaded the 25gigs to no avail. No errors appear when this happens. Any suggestions? | ||

| Nodras, Can you post some information about your computer? You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool: Click on Start Click on Run Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field) Hit Enter or OK Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste it ALL here. Could you also post your D3Prefs.txt file?
