| So I haven't played DIII for like a month or so. I wanted to play with a friend of mine last day, but I couldn't log in with my lvl70 mage, it says that i have no access to that content. So i checked if something was wrong with my account, and I discovered that my account got downgraded and Reaper of Souls is no longer there, I only have the Standard Edition. I had bought the key for reaper of souls from G2A.com, so there shouldn't be problems as the site is quite popular. I opned a ticket 48 hours ago, still no reply. Is it normal for blizzard support to be so "slow"? | ||

| Fadda, The Reaper of Souls key you had added was a gift code key which means someone purchased it as a gift and then resold it.
