| So i logged into my account on a new computer, It locked my account and told me to reset my password. When i went to reset my password it made me put in the answer to my security question. Seeing as i made my account so long ago i forgot the answer. Everything i try requires this answer. What can i do in order to unlock my account without using this security question? | ||

| Hello Haggy, You can contact Customer Support so they can assist you. If the webform asks you for your Secret Answer, just write "I don't know" and instead attach an image of a Government-issued photo ID on your ticket.
