I enter my email / password, then authenticator code request appears (though no idea why, because I've been using the same internet connection for a month). Then I enter what's shown on my mobile authenticator but Battle.net APP says I can't be logged in with what I've entered [BLZBNTBGS8000000F (3)].

Need an answer from Devs.

PS. I don't have Lightspark App neither in program files (did the search) nor in uninstall programs list.

Have you reinstalled the app on your mobile device since you first added the authenticator to your account back in July? If so, it will have a different serial number and not work with the account until you've removed the old one and added the new one.

You'll probably need a Billing rep to assist with this. It's not anything that we can help with in the forums.
