| I enter my email / password, then authenticator code request appears (though no idea why, because I've been using the same internet connection for a month). Then I enter what's shown on my mobile authenticator but Battle.net APP says I can't be logged in with what I've entered [BLZBNTBGS8000000F (3)]. Need an answer from Devs. PS. I don't have Lightspark App neither in program files (did the search) nor in uninstall programs list. | ||

| iLLich, Have you reinstalled the app on your mobile device since you first added the authenticator to your account back in July? If so, it will have a different serial number and not work with the account until you've removed the old one and added the new one. You'll probably need a Billing rep to assist with this. It's not anything that we can help with in the forums.
