As you can see from the notes I have added, there is packet loss between your computer and your Asus modem. This packet loss continues throughout the pathping, and the packet loss artificially increases your latency by making your computer & the game server re-request data which fails to arrive the first time.

It's possible a power cycle will fix the problem;

I've performed a quick check and it appears that the Asus WL-520GC is a modem with wireless functionality (likely what the 'WL' in the name signifies). Wireless connections are highly vulnerable to interference, so I would strongly advise getting an Ethernet cable to physically connect your modem to your computer.

If the power cycle fails to resolve the issue and you're unable to use an Ethernet cable due to physical distance, the computer & modem being on different levels of a multi story building, etc., I can only recommend contacting Teleing and asking them to help optimize your network for gaming.
