I've had some serious lag spikes for the past 2 days and the latency meter sometimes turns red (highest i've seen thus far was just over 900). However, it feels allot higher to the point where, continuously shooting, i lose taeguk's buff and that's supposed to last 3 seconds between shots. No connection losses though, thus far.

ISP : TVCabo
Town and Country : Caldas da Rainha, Portugal
Network Adapter Make and Model : Killer e2200 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.20)
Modem/Router Make and Model : Hitron BVW3653 Board

Tried making traceroute and pathping but, as usual, pathping always fails. results below:

Tried rebooting the router but no success. It was worse this morning and early afternoon, though.

EDIT

Not sure if related @ all but even when accessing battle.net there's delay: like several seconds delay before i actually enter the forum / topics.

Example: was trying to read this thread: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/14755486600 and it took over 5 seconds for the page to open. I don't get that sort of delay anywhere else (that i've noticed) and browsing seems fast (using latest waterfox version).

Hey HTC,
Lets try first work through the Connection and Latency Troubleshooting to see if any of the steps there help, make sure to work through everything including the advanced steps and let me know if there is any improvement.

That's good to hear, if it starts happening again can you immediately get another Traceroute and post it.

Hey again HTC,
Can you please head here, select EU and Diablo 3, make sure the boxes for Traceroute and MTR are ticked and post the results. This lets us see the connection for us to you.

That actually looks ok, I'm sorry to ask you for more info but can you please contact our support team with an MSInfo report attached to your ticket, once they receive that they will be able to investigate for you.
