This may seem like an odd solution but can you please try change your Battle.net password, this should refresh your account info and often solves this issue.

| Hello, For the last two days I've been unable to type in clan, see clan chat, nor loot received by clan members. When I try to type it gives me a clan error 319045. I've found a few forum posts, but none of them have a sure fire fix. Is there a known one? What can be done to fix this currently? Thanks.
