| If you try to take Mana regen and reroll it for Elite damage its not working. 2 accounts have tried and over 250 Million gold on 1 stat change, 11 options for it to roll and in all cases we keep using the mana regen stat to reroll and you cannot get it to roll Elite damage %. I am up to 6.8 million gold a roll and no go. Started on a new one and up to 2 million and the same thing. Hubbies account is up to 3 million a roll and not one time have we seen elite damage% 5-8% | ||

| Helsee, I can't find any mention of any bugs with it internally. I just have that one that I'm not using to make the comparison. In looking at the item on a third party site listing the top items in all regions, no one is rolling that stat on the String of Skulls. +Fetish Army damage is what's most popular, followed I believe by +8 to cooldown.
